PassCited is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP). Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) are marks of BCSP. We use these names only to identify the exams our practice material helps you study for (nominative use). We don't use BCSP logos or imply any relationship. We use BCSP's publicly posted exam blueprints (domain names, weights and task topics) only to organize original practice by domain.

Original practice content

All questions are original practice items written from public sources: U.S. federal regulations (29 CFR, 40 CFR and 49 CFR, retrieved from the official eCFR at ecfr.gov), U.S. government publications (OSHA, NIOSH, FEMA, NRC and Department of Defense documents such as MIL-STD-882E) and published formulas (for example, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics incidence-rate method). We do not use, solicit, or recreate live exam content. Regulations change. Each citation links to the current official text, which controls if it differs from our quote.

No brain dumps, no copyrighted prep content

We never copy, paraphrase, or reconstruct questions from BCSP examinations, BCSP's examCORE or self-assessment products, or any other copyrighted study material. By using PassCited you agree not to submit, post, or share real exam questions, recalled exam items, or third-party copyrighted prep content through any part of the service, including question reports. Doing so violates these terms. We will remove that content and may close the account. If you believe any question here resembles real exam or copyrighted content, use “Report possible real-exam or copyrighted content” on that question. We pull reported questions from the bank immediately, pending review.

How questions are made

Questions are drafted by AI from regulation text, checked by code for an exact quote match, and independently answered by a second AI using only the quoted text. Questions that fail any check are discarded. Calculation questions are computed by code. Errors are still possible, so please use “Report a problem” on any question.

No pass guarantee; free extension

We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. If you study with an active pass and do not pass, email hello@passcited.com and we will extend your access at no cost. The extension is an access extension, not a cash refund.

Purchases

Passes are one-time payments for a fixed 90-day access period and do not auto-renew. Team purchases are arranged by email, and each person gets the same 90-day access. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Privacy

We collect your email when you request diagnostic results, sign in, or purchase. We store your answers to calculate your scores and weak areas. We store the exam date you give us to size your study plan, and we may ask afterward whether you passed. Answering is optional, and we report results only in aggregate. We use your email to deliver results, sign-in links, receipts, and the study reminders you turn on. We send study tips or offers only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime. We don't sell personal data. To delete your data, email hello@passcited.com.
