Study plan calculator and exam countdown
How it works
Study hours = weekday hours × weekdays left + weekend hours × weekend days left, counting from today up to the day before your exam. Time for full-length mocks is taken out first; the rest is practice, split by blueprint weight. It's a planning tool, not a prediction of your score.
FAQ
How is time split between domains?
By the domain weights in BCSP's public examination blueprints (for example, ASP Domain 2, Safety Programs and Concepts, is 25%). Once you know your weak domains from a diagnostic, shift time toward them.
Where does the questions-per-hour number come from?
It's your own pace, including time to read each explanation and its cited rule. 25 per hour is a starting assumption. Change it to match how you actually study.
When should I take full-length mocks?
The calculator schedules one at about 40% of your runway and another at about 80%, at the official time limit, so you can practice pacing and still have time to fix weak domains. With under three weeks it schedules one.
What if I don't pass?
BCSP lets you schedule a retake no sooner than six weeks after your last attempt, within one year of application approval. Plan your first date so a retake would still fit inside that year.
