How it works

1. Step 1

   Choose seats and pay

Pick the exam and how many people (5 or more), then pay by card on Stripe's secure page. Stripe emails the receipt.

2. Step 2

   Get one code per seat

We email you the codes right away. You can also see them, and which have been used, on your team seats page.

3. Step 3

   Each person redeems their own

Teammates sign in with their own email and enter a code. Their 180-day pass starts then, with their own progress and plan.

Common questions

How do teammates get their access?

Right after payment we email you one code per seat, each with its own link. Send one to each person. They sign in with their own email, enter the code, and their 180-day pass starts that moment. Each code works once.

Does buying give me access too?

No. The purchase only creates the seat codes. If you're studying too, redeem one of the codes yourself.

Can I see my team's progress?

You can see which codes have been used and the email that used each one. Each person's answers, scores and study plan stay private to them.

Can we mix exams?

Each checkout is for one kind of seat: ASP, CSP, CHST, or all three. For a mix, check out once per exam (5 or more seats each), or choose all-three seats for everyone.

Do unused codes expire?

No. A seat's 180 days start when the code is redeemed, not when you buy it.

What's the refund policy?

Email hello@passcited.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. All of the order's codes are then switched off, including any already used.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Online checkout is by card through Stripe, with a receipt for your records. If your company needs an invoice or a purchase order instead, email hello@passcited.com and tell us what you need.

What about more than 100 people?

You can buy up to 100 seats in one checkout. For a larger team, email hello@passcited.com.

Does it combine with a chapter code or a friend's link?

No. Team seats are already 28% off, so other discounts don't apply to them.
